CHRISTMAS KICKABOUT CANCELLED

Further to the government’s announcement on Saturday 19 December with regards to the introduction of Tier 4 areas and the latest information on COVID-19, The FA have issued the following update: Football for adult participants across ‘non-elite’ football in Tier 4 areas is not permitted, including all training and fixtures. Unfortunately, this means we have had to cancel the next Monday night Over 30’s football session scheduled for 21st December 2020. This is especially unfortunate as this festive session of our fitness initiative was going to raise money for DENS, the homeless charity for people in Dacorum. Our current aim is to resume as soon as possible once restrictions are lifted, and use that next session to raise money for DENS instead. Participants who paid for the upcoming Monday will receive an email offering them a refund or for their booking to be deferred to the next session. This session would have been our most attended yet, so we’re hopeful we can pick up where we leave off and resume with the same level of enthusiasm and popularity.
