Kickabout regulars Hai Le, Mo Hammad, Folajimi Odukomaiya and Carlos Magalhaes, along with their teammates Charlie Gamble, Tony Young, Francis Clarke and Joe Johnson, are playing in the London Football Marathon 2024, on 8 June 2024. Their team “Raging Kaboul” will play around 20 matches.
This 12 hour non-stop football marathon, running from 8am to 8pm, is a fundraiser for Tackle, a charity which uses the power and popularity of football to deliver HIV and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) information and services to young people on football pitches across the continent.
This is Hai’s 14th year competing in the marathon, which is an ultimate test of skill and endurance! Now in its 22nd year, the event has raised over £2.1 million to support Tackle’s work.
