ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT AND RESOURCES

Regular Kickabout participants can access the extra service of accessing mental health eBooks!

We have a 12 month licence to access Mind’s eBook guides to supporting good mental health. The eBooks give an introduction to a wide range of mental health topics, that we hope you might find useful for supporting your own wellbeing or people close to you, or to have a better understanding of mental health. The topics are: Understanding mental health problems, how to be mentally healthy at work, understanding anxiety and panic attacks, understanding depression, sleep: a short guide, relaxation: a short guide, self-esteem: a short guide, and mindfulness: a short guide.

If you have not received a password to access the equipment booking page (via the Members Portal link), you can request one from a session organiser via the Community Kickabout group on your Spond app.
